While we use industry best practices and proven methodologies, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. SEO results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

4. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing contracts.

5.2 Billing Cycle

Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed upon in your Service Agreement. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

5.4 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of Services. Accounts 30 days past due may be referred to collections.

5.5 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients on specific packages. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of service commencement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through our Services are owned by Get SEO Service and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your website content, brand assets, and proprietary information. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to access and use your materials as necessary to provide the Services.

6.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of specific deliverables created for you as outlined in your Service Agreement. We retain rights to methodologies, processes, and tools used to create deliverables.

7. User Content

You are responsible for any content, data, or information you provide to us ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you represent that:

• You own or have necessary rights to the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content does not contain malware or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with us by providing 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment for Services rendered up to the termination date.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to make payments
• Required by law
• You engage in prohibited activities

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the six months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get SEO Service and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For international clients, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your Service Agreement.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notification to registered users
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms

Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
